Plastic Fab and Forming has for years, specialized in the lamp and lighting industry and has created and installed countless commercial projects for hotels, casinos, and restaurants. Management’s vast experience and expertise is of great benefit to its customers and clients and enables them to take their unique lighting applications from concept to completion to installation.

Plastic Fab and Forming uses only the highest quality cast and extruded Acrylic materials. It offers a wide selection of Alabaster-like finishes and colors – including white - stock #2447 (020) and #7328 (015) - the two most popular selections. Clear and translucent materials are also available, leading the way to create a frosted or “lalique-look” through sandblasting techniques (off-site). Decorative components can also be prepped for the client’s own hand painted finishes. The company can mold and form other materials including 3Form®, Lumicore®, and Knoll Textile products to name a few. All decorative components and parts are custom manufactured in a wide range of thickness and tolerances to meet the customer’s specs and requirements and are not inventoried on premises.
 

The company’s largest oven on premises is 7' wide x 8’ high X 15’ long, which results in the ability to craft large-scale components with sheet capacity of 108" X 150". The company utilizes advanced techniques including Slump form, Blow form, Vacuum form, Line bend, Flat fabrication, Miter fold, and Press form and trim, all fabrication that will meet your specifications. Plastic Fab and Forming utilizes CNC cutting for flat components, discs and panels. Highly skilled tooling sources include the use of Wood, Plaster, Aluminum, Fiberglass, and Sheet Metal to craft the shapes and models you require with skill and precision.
